Chris Christie is a professional firefighter/first responder and freelance photographer based in Squamish, British Columbia. His photo journey has taken him to many corners of the world, but he still considers the Sea to Sky zone his all-time favorite. The distinct four seasons give incredible photo opportunities in all alpine pursuits, and the backcountry access makes it easy to get off the grid. His ski journey has taken him throughout B.C., from surf/ski expeditions on the central coast to an attempt on the highest peak in Canada. If he’s not on a commercial shoot, Chris has a tireless “run and gun” style to keep a natural flow to the daily adventures. He is thankful to all those who keep the fire stoked in capturing moments behind the lens.
