Raised in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, Erika Lee spent her childhood exploring the forests, mountains, and rivers of the West. This upbringing fostered a deep interest in exploration of wild places. From textile work, ceramics, painting, and stained-glass, art has always played a fundamental role in her life. When not working as an educator, guide, or content creator, Erika is usually exploring the mountains through running, biking, or backcountry skiing.
