2024 Gear Preview: Skida Golden Girl Alpine Hat

The brand began when founder Corinne Prevot made hats for her cross-country teammates at Burke Mountain Academy and, because those Vermonters know how to stay warm in winter, it grew exponentially from there. The stretchy outer fabric blocks wind, the inner soft fleece keeps you cozy and dry, and its low profile beanie design stashes compactly into a pack and fits under a helmet. Our favorite pattern is the Golden Girl, but they have tons of other cute ones, too.
